At our practice, we’re here for the full spectrum of what life throws your way — from everyday stress to major transitions, grief, trauma, or identity exploration. Through telehealth services, we offer accessible, inclusive care to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
We strive to be the support you need through every life transition.
Whether you’re navigating everyday stress or facing something heavier like grief, trauma, or major life changes — we’re here to help.
Our therapy services offer a supportive space to process, heal, and move forward at your own pace.
Whether you need a referral for further evaluation, a letter for benefits or housing, or support with court or workplace documentation — we’ve got you covered.
We provide thoughtful, professional assessments and reports to help you navigate life’s systems with confidence. Check our our resource page for some self-advocacy resources to get you started.
We offer gender-affirming care grounded in respect, autonomy, and support. In a time when simply being yourself can feel heavy, we’re here to provide compassionate care, letters for medical transition, and a safe space to explore your identity.
